This is a less popular and smaller village between the more...
This is a less popular and smaller village between the more tourist orientated villages of Kayserberg and Riquewihr - and it is definitely quieter/calmer. While it is just as pretty and has its fair share of domaines, there are only a couple of restaurants. But Kayserburg is just a 15-20 minute easy walk away along a well lit road. The city and the location of the hotel within the old castle was just breath-taking. We were lucky that it was snowing once we arrived and it was just beautiful from the room. If you have dogs, there are plenty of opportunities to walk your dogs around the hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for a weekend getaway or if you are in transit. I stopped over to do some cycling and would recommend the hotel and area. Loads of old buildings and castles in the area also.
