It is very nice inside, good wifi, and plenty of spaces outside - both in shade and under the sun. My friend and I, we were working remotely from there, while our girls were staying in a language camp nearby.

The room was gorgeous with French doors that opened up to the view. The birdsong was amazing! The hotel is round the corner from the castle, which is well worth a visit. The breakfast was superb with fresh and homemade produce and delicious coffee. We had a long chat with the owners whilst there and they are lovely, lovely people.

Our stay at the Brit Hotel suited us perfectly. The hotel was very comfortable and the real bonus was the swimming pool. The staff, and in particular Margot, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was also well located for trips to the centre of Angers (around 10 minutes drive) and the city itself was a delight.

    Absolutely loved this house, garden and pool and would love to return. Very relaxed and peaceful environment. Great location within easy reach of many places. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Bakery and riverside restaurant in walking distance. Had a great day out at highropes and lake near Angers. Cheap parking in Angers. Lots of local wildlife including beavers, hares and flocks of goldfinches.

    It was a pretty village, most properties were in good condition, clearly well looked after and the village was in a great location for exploration of that part of the Loire. Great for cycling, good food, beautiful part of the river, close to Saumur and Angers with everything you need within a reasonable distance.
