What a treat to stay at this beautiful property. We received a lovely welcome from Denis and the dogs. Elis had kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room and we had the entire downstairs space to ourselves. The magic for us was the dinner experience with delicious food being served along with their company and in the morning the amazing scramble eggs that Denis whipped up. This overnight stay wasn’t just a bed for the night but a true experience.

Lovely room and bathroom. Great TV with Netflix and many other stations. Great coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. Very comfortable bed and nice and warm, we had a lovely stay. Many thanks to our host.

    Ilse and Denis were the perfect hosts, and we felt immediately comfortable. Big wood burner to take the edge of a cold wintry day, and a fine gin and tonic to warm us from the inside. The whole place had a feel of home, and was utterly relaxing.
