I would like to recognize absolutely incredible efforts of the reception team who made our stay truly exceptional. I think it was one of the best treatment I have ever experienced in hospitality. The team made sure we have comfort from the beginning and prepared all possible reservations for the dinners and parties as well as provided a very useful guidance and was extremeky tolerant to our delays. Perfectly located hotel. Welcoming and very helpful staff. A truly amazing breakfast, I have never had such light pastries/bread. Selection incredible and fresh, was also able to order eggs/omelettes in addition to the cooked breakfast, cold meats, salmon and cakes. Also lots of heathy options of yoghurt, muesli and a fruit bowl. A nice touch to get slippers and bath robes in the room as well.

Hotel is very nice, high up in the mountains, close to the ski slopes (if you go in the winter, that is a big plus). Hosts were very friendly and helpful! They managed to change our rooms to better fit our needs (we were 6 guys, needed separate beds, they made that happen). I recommend you also have dinner in the hotel's restaurant! Food is very good and plentiful! We really enjoyed our stay!

We both had skiing accidents unfortunately near the end of our trip, and the help we got from (I think) the manager was very sweet. They really make you feel like they actually care. The whole vibe of the hotel is so cosy instead of a factory where you are a number. They had a great cosy pub with fireplace in the hotel downstairs, feels like a living room in the afternoons. They also have a sauna with foot massage devices you could reserve. All great after a good day of skiing. It is located right on the Main Street so super convenient for restaurants or quick shopping/groceries. Even with the accident, we can say we had a great time in Valmorel, which is a beautiful area, and we will look back at hotel du Bourg fondly!
