The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what really made the experience exceptional was the receptionist. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to assist us. Even though the reception closed at 7 PM, he waited for us until the last minute, ensuring we had everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. All but one staff member were exceptional. We selected the most basic room. It served us well. However, if you would like more space, the next level of room would be more suitable. There is a market across the street and public transit right outside the door. Public transit to the airport is very close, 10 minutes by foot. Easy to walk to the centre of Montpellier.
