Au chant des Oiseaux is just the kind of holiday we were looking for, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, immersed in the peace of nature. The hostess, Christine, welcomed us with great warmth and made us feel at home right from the start. During the excellent breakfasts (continental and plentiful) she cheered us up with her stories, making us part of the past of the place. The apartment was equipped with all the comforts and more. We will definitely be back with pleasure!

This was my second stay as I enjoyed it so much previously. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and had offered me supper beforehand, which I readily accepted. I hate impersonal hotels but marvellous 'B&B's' like this make a journey so much more fun. Thank you so much.

Every single thing. It was absolutely perfect stay. The best B&B in my life. Beautiful, clean (with super clean and comfy bed), just what you need, without extra “necessities” that you should pay for as in all-inclusive, with really fulfilling delicious breakfast where you can cook eggs as you wish in the egg-cooker, bake pancakes as you wish in the pancake-machine and other magic things. We enjoyed every single moment there. Thank you!

A perfect stop off on a long journey from the UK to the Alps. Relaxed, welcoming and easy to find. Dog friendly with good local walks. Large, comfortable, spotless room. We’ll definitely be back.

An amazing hotel, with brilliant staff. Loved my room and the staff were great with recommendations for places to eat and how to get there. A great stay all round.

Set in the very centre of Châlons-en-Champagne, this 3-star hotel is just 200 metres from the Jards Gardens. You can relax in The Red Fish bar and sample a glass of champagne or a home-made cocktail.

They actually gave us a better price for the room compared to the one on booking since we were only 2 people. The room was adequate for a small trip. It is well located to visit several touristic places and also there are several restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Hotel d'Angleterre is located in Chalons-en-Champagne in the Champagne region. Opposite Notre-Dame de Vaux and the town hall, it is a 5-minute walk from the Grand Jard gardens.
