Not only was the bed really really comfortable but the pool enabled me to cool down in the 38 degree temperature. Just around the corner from Saint-Remy-de-Provence, it is a fantastic stop on the way from North to South.

Excellent continental breakfast with good coffee, fresh fruit salad, wonderful baguette and croissants, and cheeses. Owner Pascal was incredibly attentive, welcoming us with a glass of wine after a tour of the property, pool and spa. I loved the fact that the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean!! Our room was enormous, extremely comfortable, with some colorful parrots and funky bathroom! 😄The thing that I especially like about Les Carmes is that the pool and spa are open 24h a day!! Totally unheard of anywhere else, so Pascal must be the coolest hotelier in Provence!😎 Nothing was a problem or too much for him - we got coffee all over one of the white towels and dropped a bottle top down the sink ☹️but he and his staff just dealt with it immediately!😘

Such a wonderful property with the most friendly and hospitable hosts. It was like an oasis. Very centrally located between the towns we wanted to visit and it was lovely to come home to the refreshing pool after a hot day out. Kitchen and room facilities were great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again’

    This unit was one of our favourite places to stay on our 6 week trip of Europe! Beautiful location, small historic town. Room is beautiful. Lovely old building. Parking was a few minute walk away on the street which was safe and secure. We arrived on a Festival weekend in late August. It was a wonderful vibe. Highly recommend this accomodation and the little town of Noves when touring this area.

    All the time we spent at Mas des Prevots was wonderful. This place is especially a relaxing spot with its clean and refreshing pool. Breakfast was really delicious, we had the chance to taste nearly all local bakery products. The room was big enough to get a good sleep. The bathroom and the towels were clean. Thanks for the hotel owners for this peaceful and enjoyable experience.

    The apartment combines historical elements with the convenience of modern facilities. The host is very polite and hospitable. Noves is a small village, a typical representative of the charm of Provence. A good starting point for exploring the historical sites in the surrounding area.

    I absolutely loved the apartment - spacious and bright, on the first floor of a charming period building with a leafy courtyard. In a quiet and lovely Noves village, close to all other beautiful villages and towns in Provence we wanted to visit.

    The setting is idyllic and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The owner(?) is nice, and her cat is so cute. It is perfectly situated from St Remy de Provence (only 15 minutes drive). Our room was spacious and felt very clean.
