I liked everything about my one-night stay: the wonderful staff eager to assist, the pleasant common areas, the comfortable room, bed and bathroom, the excellent breakfast, the location across from St Roch train station.

I would totally recommend Hotel des Arts - it's very conveniently located in the centre of the town, close to the main train station (Saint-Roch) and all the tram lines. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast is delicious and has a good variety without going OTT. I'd particularly recommend the hotel for those with young children - I liked the family room we had - it was a good size, with curtains between the parents' area and the kids' area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly with the kids, and there was a good selection of picture books and toys available in reception.
