It was a good choice for an overnight stay before getting...
It was a good choice for an overnight stay before getting morning ferry from St Malo. Much better, and different to, the chain hotels available in St Malo itself. Very reasonably priced. Only 20-30 minutes to get to port. It's in a countryside setting with large garden and terrace area. 5 minutes from main road. Large restaurant serving midday meals and open some evenings. Had evening meal there as well as continental breakfast in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff who speak some English. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Room had a velux roof window so didn't really have a garden view as advertised - unless you were 6ft tall! Only slight negative was the external staircase to get to bedrooms.
