This was a highly anticipated stay at Les Sources de Caudalie. Rooms, facilities and food were just as special as they look and as one would expect. What will amaze you is 1) Every single person in this hotel knows exactly what to do in every circumstance, so service flows in the most gracious way and 2) In-room amenities, towels, bed linen, as well as every single product in every restaurant and bar is of the highest standard and sourced locally, rightfully matching the iconic Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards and the Caudalie Vinothérapie Spa. One advice for readers: Visit the château and the vineyards.

The place looks new and the staff speak good english which is really good when your french is crap 😂 The rooms are gorgeous. I had the top bed and going up was very easy and the personal bed area was spacious like you could fit two cuddled up people easily. The bed had a personal light and 2 usb ports and a two-pin plug. The bed also has a curtain which literally serves as a blinder ! The restaurant was also very good and the director was so highly professional, made the experience greater.

The hotel was very chic had very nice decor and very environmentally conscious. Each room was given a large glass bottle of water which could be refilled at the filtered water station on level 1 and 3. Hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the station and tram, and there’s also a cafe across the alley. The room faced away from the main road so it was extremely quiet throughout the stay. There is no bar fridge in the room, but if you need to keep anything in the fridge eg medication the staff is will be able to arrange for it to be kept in the hotel fridge. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, we slept really well each night. Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful about the facilities, our stay at the hotel and in Bordeaux. Walking distance into the town each day and back in the evening

Amazing hotel – a true gem! This is a 3-star hotel, yet it surpasses all 4-star hotels I've stayed at in Bordeaux. It offers spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds (with a firm mattress and excellent pillows), is located in a very quiet area, and provides free parking with EV charging access. The swimming pool is an added bonus!

    A delightful venue and hostess. Very quiet ( well, apart from the massive thunderstorm during the night).Fabulously well equipped apartment. Excellent choice at breakfast, including fruit from trees in her garden. Highly recommended.
