The host is very friendly and helpful. Delicious and healthy breakfast in a cozy kitchen! The host baked bread for us, also we had home made apple juice and jam. Absolutely clean room and very comfortable bed.

We had an entire small house to our disposal. You could make noise, no one would hear it. There was also a closed-off garden. When we arrived the house was warm! The kitchen was very nice and well equiped. The shower was good, beds were excellent, neighbourhood was quiet. 1 km away from the city center. Communicaton went smoothly. But still thank God for Google translate 😀 keys were ready for us in the dropbox and the frontdoor. There are accomodation where you feel at home. This was one of them. We recommend it to anyone.

The house was perfect for us! It was very cozy, clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms where comfortable, and it was lovely to have breakfast on the terrace. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Big kitchen with traditional French atmosphere that made cooking really easy. The house was warm and there was lots of space in the house. The host was very friendly and collecting the keys was easy. There's wonderful few from all of the windows in the house!

The location was ideal for us as our family live near by. The hosts were very accommodating and extremely friendly. The place is a boutique style bed and breakfast in a beautiful traditional building. The room was large and equipped with all the necessities required for a short stay. The breakfasts provided was always ample with produced sourced locally. It was walking distance from the Meuse (river) and the forests of Ardennes. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to our family.

Revin is set in a very nice area of France - Ardennes, but...

Revin is set in a very nice area of France - Ardennes, but the town is a little run down and dirty in places with a lot of dog fouled footways. Lacks the expected 'fine' eating places / restaurants. A good base from which to explore the wider area.

Revin is a good base for lovely nature walks, but we didn't find the town itself particularly appealing. Only the small historic center by the river was worth a visit. So it was a bonus that La Bayenne was located right there.

A good base for exploring the French Ardennes.

A good base for exploring the French Ardennes. There's a supermarket nearby where you can find everything you need. Good restaurants, but I think only during peak season. Otherwise, there's only a set menu. We thought that was logical, but the communication on the restaurant's website was poor.

The French Ardennes region is well worth exploring.

The French Ardennes region is well worth exploring. There are two long-distance cycling routes, one of which runs along the Meuse River. Hiking, fishing, mountains, tranquility, culture, and history – there's definitely something for everyone!

A pleasant place to stay for a short break or weekend...

A pleasant place to stay for a short break or weekend getaway. Strenuous or leisurely hikes are possible from the valley to the plateau, with beautiful views. The restaurant service is limited but good. We had an excellent meal at a very reasonable price in the only full-service restaurant, La Bonne Source.

Revin is beautifully situated on two bends of the Meuse...

Revin is beautifully situated on two bends of the Meuse River, on a railway line with hourly services to Givet and Charleville-Mézières. There are many hiking opportunities, and there's a good bike rental shop near the station. There are two large supermarkets and several other shops. There are few restaurants and many vacant buildings.
