The apartment has almost 360 degrees unobstructed view and a double exposure since it has 2 balconies. This allows you to have sun during the best hours of the day! The place is sparkling clean, that leaves you with the feel of brightness and lightness. Absolutely great location and transportation accessibility. You can walk to Menton, you can hike along the litoral, hike or take a bus and then descend the medieval villages around. We even hiked to Monaco. Stunning views, clean, quiet, beautiful beaches, lovely old castle village with amazing restaurants. Lots of vertical walks/hikes. Many public transportation options, train & bus to Monaco, Nice, Menton. Loved the area very much. Italian restaurant on the beach near the train station is very good! Excellent value for money, feels like 5 star hotel. First-class, friendly service. Enormous and very tasty breakfast served every morning on the terrace. Clean, spacious and modern rooms with amazing sea views. You can just sit on your private terrace and watch the boats all day.
