The hosts, Wendy and Stephen, were wonderful and made us feel very much at home. Also, the garden is incredible, the room cozy and the breakfast really enjoyable. We only stayed two nights but it felt like a whole holiday, and would love to come back again. Highly recommended.

It was an unexpected and wonderful 2-day stay in Normandy. The position is convenient for exploring the D-day beaches and Mont St Michel and Saint-Malo on day trips. Debbie and her husband Steve are wonderful hosts: they remodeled an old vicary house in the center of a small village and turned it into a lovely, very cozy, and welcoming home. They thought of the most minute details, adding personal touches everywhere. The rooms on the first floor are spacious and comfortable. The common room for breakfast is exquisite with decor and light. Breakfast is delicious with ample choices. The garden is well taken care of. It was a great find.

Gorron is a lovely small town. The host, Fred, was very friendly and helpful. All basic facilities were provided and it is a good-sized room. I did some remote working and enjoyed some evening sunshine through the window. A pleasant house in a lovely small town. I would visit again

A wonderful space. Full of art and beautiful books. Very friendly and interested hosts. They prepared maps and an itinerary for us. The breakfasts were amazingly good. A peaceful village surrounded by rich meadow and orchards with a tradition of making perry. Hosts can put you in touch with producers. Plenty of touring to be done.

    Absolutely stunning, everything exceeded our expectations, the accommodation is beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standards with all the comforts of home! David the host went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome including our little Italian Greyound dog, Dali and kindly gave Dali the freedom to enjoy and play in the beautiful gardens. The location is fabulous, set within the beautiful countryside, peaceful and tranquil with easy access for walks or a short drive to village shops and supermarkets. Thank you David for the most wonderful stay and for the delicious hamper and wine, we truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!!!👍😍
