St-Leonard-des-Bois is a pretty rural village.
St-Leonard-des-Bois is a pretty rural village. It has a beautiful clean river and a park with facilities to fully enjoy this resource - swimming, canoeing etc. There are also walking tracks that lead up into a ridge that is behind the town affording views of the surrounding area. There is a baker who opens in the morning and a few cafes close by. There are a couple of restaurants with a greater menu - one overlooking the park which is a lovely spot to gaze while enjoying a morning beverage. Get there promptly though if hoping for a lunch as it is a favourite of locals too. Local camp site beside the river also seems a popular spot. I would definitely visit again.Guest review byVanessa
