Very nice home and its owners! The room was perfectly clean and quit. Nice bathroom and shower. The breakfast was prepared for the time we asked for. The parking is at the private territory with closing gates which we had a remote for.

It’s a hotel that seems to have had a total refurbishment inside and it’s magic. A clever designer has taken a regular sized hotel room and made changes ie removed bedside table and turned into small workspace with a cubby in the corner of the wall for a kettle. The whole room has been a joy to stay in. Bathroom is fabulous with lots of modern ideas - really well done 👍

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are very nice. The staff are extremely helpful, they were very kind to my 2 little girls and gave them a little duck to play with. The breakfast is good too.

    We loved the setting and the staff and the fact that it was dog friendly all helped to make it a worthwhile visit. We will certainly revisit if we can be sure that there are no traffic diversions putting us through the city to get there.

    The bed was amazingly comfortable and a great size. The restaurant was of an exceptional standard, it really was a lovely surprise. Very peaceful location. The staff were professional and efficient (but also very kind as we had recently lost our Labrador).

    La Bertelliere is a delightful hotel within easy reach of motorway north of Rouen. Lovely gardens, quiet. We had lovely dinner in the restaurant. We didn’t see much of St Martin but seemed to be a lovely quiet village.

    A convenient hotel, just near the main road but in a quiet area with no noise. All the amenities of a good hotel in very comfortable and spacious rooms on the ground floor. Good food, english spoken, clean accommodation. Our dog was welcome (for the usual charge).

    I've been coming to this hotel for at least 15 years. In the last couple of years I have visited less. So it was a real pleasure to be reminded about what a good place it is to stay. The rooms were so well equipped (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, water in the room, bath) and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The welcome warm and friendly. Reception is open 24/7. My dog is as welcome now as his predecessor was 15 years ago. And the hotel is well located for travel via the shuttle.

    Grounds are lovely and hotel clean and welcoming. Rooms lovely but we had a dog in a 3 bedroom so hardly any space for her to sleep on her blanket. Warm night and no a/c meant restless night although bed was really comfy. Restuarant meal was lovely and good value plus breakfast was v v good and loads of choice. Would definitely use again and recommend it wholeheartedly

    The hotel was generally excellent. The staff were all efficient and pleasant, the rooms were clean and well arranged, and all of the bedding, towels, furniture were in excellent order. The hotel is nicely located in a quiet woodland area. We did not eat there in the evening, but there is a pleasant small bar. Breakfast was a good continental selection.

    Hotel staff were really helpful and let us check in early, location back to Calais very good, its around 2kms from the center of Rouen, breakfast and dinner was great good value for money.
