I had a really great week. Here I would definitely come back. Drinking coffie in the morning on the terras, biking different trails right from the gite, reading in the quiet. The appartment has its own ecological mark, very very clean, it was smelling like I am in the woods. Very practical. The owners are very warm, open and respectful people. I got lots of information. We liked the warm welcome from our hostess, the location, the spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. The table d'Hote was excellent, as was the breakfast.

Alexandra is a very friendly host and the renovation she did with the house is stunning. Our room (or more apartment) was really lovely and we even used the little chimney in there. The breakfast was also good with self-made bread and cake. Worth mentioning is also the dinner we could book which was more than good value for money. Additionally we got some useful hiking-tips and our trip to a gorge was lovely too. 10/10!

Fabulous converted school on the edge of Olargues. Very relaxed but also beautifully converted. Amazing terraces to sit on and watch the sunset. Fab breakfast (a little pricey at €25 - but beautifully put together.). We didn’t have any other meals in the restaurant - it’s vegetarian. Looked lovely though.

    You must speak French as this is a remote town and the...

    You must speak French as this is a remote town and the locals, well they are locals. Not much contact with foreign travelers. If you want to meet the French, it is a great town. Access to the park and great countryside. The cathedral is historic if one likes antiquity. We went to the local bar and enjoyed the contact with the locals.
