Very high quality rooms and facilities. Large room with balcony and inside sitting area. The hotel staff were all lovely and chatty. They arranged adjacent rooms for me & my wife and my daughter & son - great for a family break. Great full bath in both ensuites. Plush nightgowns. Fridge. Coffe maker. Great wifi. Quiet town but very close (30 mins) to Geneva.

I was on a business trip for a couple of day. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and heplful (e.g. the remote control was broken and it was immediately replaced). Very good breakfast although hot drinks were only available from a self service automatic machine.

The location of the hotel is good, close to Geneva and and within one hour driving from Chamonix, Yvoire and Annecy. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast very good with several options yogurt, ham, cheese, eggs, croissants and good coffee. I stayed here for a week during my exam session at the University of Geneva, and I had everything that I needed during this very stressful time. I asked for a more silent room and got a room opposite from the railway, so there was no noise at all. Room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with fresh products and good choice. The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the staff at breakfast. Location is just a few minutes from the train station. The reception is open 24/7 and the building is very safe, which is important in Annemasse. Tha k you for making me feel so comfortable during this week that was so stressful for me.
