Lovely place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a place to call home whilst you drive around the South of France. Parking directly outside the property & short drives to Nice, Cannes & Monaco. Great place to stay if you’ve got children, there’s access to the residents swimming pool and the club house has a great restaurant. It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet. We like this cosy place by the sea. The bay of the Plage du Centre Nautique and Villineuve Plage is comfortable to swim in and the water is clean. Location was good, close to supermarket and station. Beach was a short walkaway. In reality this is a poor budget hotel, we’ve stayed at better b&b hotels for less. The rooms are small, smelly and downright smoky even though there’s a non-smoking policy! One big headache is the Wi-Fi, you have to keep logging in every time you leave the hotel on return. On arrival at the hotel it would be appreciated if a person could be physically present-stop cost cutting, it doesn’t work!!!!Guest review byROBERTUnited Kingdom
