A peaceful area.
A peaceful area. Although the hotel was going through a change in management and there was a strong presence of maintenance staff this didn't disturb our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and although the kitchen was closed for evening meals due to maintenance I'm sure it will a great place to have dinner. A beautiful picturesque place. Beautiful countryside and near to Carterton which has a fabulous local pub called The Beehive, where we had some food which was lovely. Also had cocktails in the local bar called Grapes and Tomatoes. Outstanding service, drinks and fabulous night out! We loved our stay at The Vines, the breakfast was second to none! By far the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B. Fabulous friendly, welcoming staff and a lovely place to stay. I would definitely, without hesitation return when visiting the area again.Guest review byClarke

The people that run the hotel Ian and his other half Camilla were wounderful. They were two people that any person would love to meet. We felt like we were part of the family.
