We went for a 4-day London city break and we discovered this perfect location when it comes to value for money accommodation. Everything was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was what we needed for a family of 4 (there was a large bed and a sofa), the room and the hotel was very clean, good wifi, quite good breakfast, there is a big parking place but we didn't need it, the train is at 10 min walk (there is a 30min trip to London Bridge station), and all this for less than a third that we would have paid for any hotel we found in central London (this obviously depends on the time of year you make the reservation, we booked only 3 weeks in advance for this trip). I totally recommend it!

I love how comfortable the rooms were, the staff were very friendly, we arrived late on Friday and they were friendly and very responsive to messages as we made our way there. A perfect location, we would visit again. The Jade coffee shop has great croissants and coffee.

    "It was good enough for me for a couple of days with a nice view by the river, friendly staff. The shops and restaurants are on-site. Good, free overnight parking. Near lakeside shopping, near the outlet mall. Good location, good price. Just for a good night's sleep is sufficient. I am definitely coming back. Never discouraged by the review."

    It was a very nice time there..staffs were so good cooperative and available all the time. National rail is just 30 minutes walk from there.Nearest station is chafford hundred. There is a very nice mall by name lakeside just near to chafford station. Its a very beautiful and calm place. Shops are available in the hotel building itself. It was very nice

    Very clean and fresh....like a little hotel in a house. Thoughtfully presented with everything we needed. Very comfy beds, sofas, lovely bathroom and kitchen. Recommended to all. Easy access to M25, lakeside, Upminster etc Pubs and food and supermarket a short walk away. Parking on drive and road spaces if needed. Nice neighbours and neighbourhood.

    Its not the best hotel but the beds are clean and comfortable and the price is good. They do have a teas made in the rooms now which is a good thing.
