I like how the hotel staff were accomodating and delightful was met with a smile the moment I arrived and checked out. I also like the value for money for the accomodation My room was spacious and I loved that you can control your airconditioning and it was always cold when I arrived from enjoying the city, unlike others where you have to wait for a good half and hour to make your room cool. The Hyatt keeps your rooms airconditioning on. Breakfast was good for the value you pay and they have a spacious area

The building presents very well, atmosphere in all areas was welcoming, staff were courteous but not over attentive - I guess in short I felt at home there (i am a return customer) and I have not rated anyone else with a '10'

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Iona who went above and beyond when our other accommodation had fallen through. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite. Dinner was delicious and again the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. There isn't any on-site parking but we managed to get a park on the street opposite.

    This is not Luxury!

    This is not Luxury! The owner is not on site, so you must phone when you arrive and he talks you through how to gain access to the property. This part was ok. We wanted to go to Aldi next door but when we tried to leave the accommodation we couldn't unlock the door from the inside. The lock needed the key in the outside to completely release the lock!! We were trapped inside. We called the owner who rang another tenant to come and help us form the outside of the door! Thank goodness we got out. Seriously dangerous. The apartment has a good kitchen, with induction hob. Not all the pans work with the hob so why are they there? There was no kettle, no sharp knives to prepare cooking, no bottle opener, no tea towel to dry up, no plugs in the sink, no washing up bowl. Very frustrating - a little like camping. The hot water was BOILING hot, no warning. The shower looked disgusting - yellow and orange stains on the tiles and all the water gathering places - not appealing. We had 2 towels for 3 guests, no hand towels, no toilet paper. Shocking, especially when we were expecting all these things to be provided. We won't be staying here again, very disappointing.

    Bramley was a short drive from where we needed to visit in...

    Bramley was a short drive from where we needed to visit in Leeds city centre. We did not go out to use any of the local facilities in Bramley. (We arrived late and left early.) The area was quiet and we had no trouble parking.
