Fantastic stay! The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Our experience was already pleasant, but Mr. Andrew at the reception made it even better with his kind and hospitable attitude. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brilliant Diamond Star Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this accommodation was exceptional in every way. The place was spotless, the cleanliness was second to none and truly impressive. The food was superb, full of flavour and beautifully presented, making every breakfast a real treat. A real highlight was the signature homemade compote with yogurt, it was absolutely to die for! The hosts were absolutely brilliant, warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine care made our stay feel extra special. What struck us most is that the photos simply don’t do this accommodation justice (and they are impressive). It’s even more stunning in person, with an atmosphere that has to be experienced to be believed. A true gem – we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A brilliant diamond star of a stay!

We visited Burnley purely due to the movie Bank of Dave (we like to visit filming locations). Very easy to get around. It was a friendly welcoming place regardless of where we went. The people were more than happy to pass the time of day with us. Visited Thompson Park. the Ringing Singing Tree, did lots of walking, also enjoyed driving up hill and down dale (we live in Fenland which is FLAT) and enjoyed the retail therapy.

We stayed at Hustwood Hall, it was picturesque, such a beautiful place to stay, so comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed for a night away. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed every second of it, we couldn't have asked for any more, there were some lovely looking pubs near by, serving great food for a reasonable price, thoroughly enjoyable getaway, for anyone and especially for a couple taking a break together.

Burnley and surrounding area was not particularly what I hasd hoped for , it seemed to be very "run down" , actually decideded to leave Burnley and headed to Skipton , a much more visitor friendly experience. On the second day wanted to explore the heritage museum but this was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays , so we explored Newchurch in Pendle for the Witch shop the decided to head to the Yorkshire Dales.

The hotel is in an excellent situation, and is well served by public transport to the town centre, and the reception lounge with its stained glass and leather couches remind you off hotels in there hey day of good surroundings. There is a history of the hotel on request, staff are helpful and attentive to your needs. Dinner is a varied menu but i chose the sweetcorn risotto which was excellent in flavour. breakfast was part self service and cooked with again a varied choice. Swimming and Spa sessions are available on request.

Arrived for two reasons, to see an old friend and for a football match on the Saturday. Very close to the main Train and Bus station (which was ideal for me in getting to Accrington). Plenty of communication prior in how to use door codes. Fantastic town centre location. Ideal hotel facilities, sparkling clean. 10/10 would highly recommend.
