Extremely friendly staff, super helpful and nice. Provided ideas what to visit and do. Text messages are a fantastic idea! So happy to hear you are going with the time :) the room was excellent, facilities clean and tidy, and we even got a welcome/hello message written on the mirror, so cute! The location couldn't have been better. It's close to all the beautiful sights of this amazing city (everything is 5-10 minutes walking). Friendly and funny staff, and a very calm atmosphere. I arrived at 12 and could leave my luggage until the check-in. I booked a room without a window, but to my surprise I got a room with a window! The room was super clean and well designed. The shower was very nice and also super clean. There's a tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a bottle of plain water in the room that guests can use free of charge. I will definitely visit this beautiful city again and will then without any doubt stay in this hotel again.

    The room was very clean and well appointed., very comfortable beds, Staff friendly and helpful. We weren't troubled by any noise from the pub below. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty., I would recommend both breakfast and dinner. Overall an enjoyable stay and good value.
