A perfect B&B/hotel for a cycle traveller as I am. Spacious and comfortable room/bathroom. Bar and restaurant in the house, so I don't have to go looking for a dinner in the evening. Excellent breakfast.

Beautifully decorated Hotel , wish we had of had time to dine in the restaurant - it looks wonderful !! Staff were lovely and welcoming , comfy, quiet clean room slept great !! Easy on site free parking 👍 Not far from beach front with a lovely walk on beach into main town, our first visit to Bridlington to see the Xmas Ice Trail - well worth it great event , great town , great hotel

Very friendly staff. Upgraded room free of charge to a suite that had a lovely seaview without us asking The location is perfect, especially if you are attending a gig at the Spa like us. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay including a little kitchen area. The breakfast was included in our stay and was a really lovely cooked breakfast with plenty of coffee. All the other guest where chatty in the dining area and it really had a lovely vibe.

Plenty car parking spaces

Plenty car parking spaces Location good within 10 mins to beach in car. Layout of house not ideal for young family or elderly with some mobility issues due to sharp bend/steps on staircase not wide enough no hand rail this is where only toilet in house is so needed day and night. Chairs around table mix matched and 2 too low to eat meal comfortably. Remote for to taped up, need to reach behind TV on wall to switch on which children and grandma unable to reach. Over half of lightbulbs in lounge not working. Windows need cleaning. General clean of house, cupboards needed.
