Katherine and Nick were lovely and helpful.
Katherine and Nick were lovely and helpful. Clear directions on how to gain access, with emergency contact details included. This was good as we needed to let them know we were leaving early. My main concern was arriving to find an induction hob, which is not good for someone with a pacemaker (my husband). The bedding was feather-filled, which was really comfy but not good for anyone with allergies. The TV was old and we couldn't get it to change channel.
