Nice, spacious room with good facilities. Great breakfast options and good quality food. Right in the heart of old Poole town, yet not so near the sometimes lively (noisy?) quayside. Staff very helpful and personable.

We stayed in room 6 which was large with a massive bathroom with a huge walk in shower. The room is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Access is easy and despite booking.com not sending me the codes it was sort instantly with one call. The location is great right by the harbour area with lots of restaurants and pubs on the doorstep.

Unbeatable location and superb views from the outdoor terrace. Staff are excellent. Helpful, efficient and friendly. Food in the restaurant was of a particularly high standard. Easily matches recent high end restaurant visits.

The staff was very friendly, the room is big and very charming, the beds are wide. There is a pub below the hotel which is great.we had to do a late check in and it wasn’t a problem.

    The whole place was lovely, stylishly furnished and very comfortable. They have managed to install all that I needed for a short stay - perhaps not quite enough if one wished to stay a full week and cook proper meals. It suited me though. Very clean and little to pick fault with.
