For small chidren <10 the villas at Waterside are great and the site pool and playground very good. Would thoroughly recommend outing to Pettits as we usually get there at 10am and leave at 5pm and take a picnic. All rides suitable for 3+ and a great new Smugglers Pirate ship. We self cater ( Tesco nearby ) but get Fish and Chips etc to make a break from cooking. There is a bus service to beaches but a car is useful. Great Yarmouth has a couple of interesting museums for wet days e.g. Elizabethan House. I enjoyed the quiet.
I enjoyed the quiet. I felt like I could really relax and enjoy. I loved everything, especially walking and swimming in the pool. I would give 5 ⭐. Lovely people and helpful at all times. Lovely basic caravan, suited our needs just right. Plenty of room for kids to play in lounge part and bonus was DVD player with random selection of DVDs which was great. Could have done with can opener but only downside of our stay! Easy driving distance to Great Yarmouth with beautiful beaches, plenty of parking and great promenade to walk along, plus usual amusement arcades were discreet enough our kids didn't nag too much to go in! Plenty of places to eat, caters for all ages really well. Lots of places to visit like Pleasurewood Hills, Sea Life Centre, African Wild Safari and lots more.Guest review byLucyUnited Kingdom - 8.0
