This is an excellent property, furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard, with so many small details to provide the most comfortable stay possible. The breakfast was outstanding with an incredible amount of choice. The hosts were extremely welcoming and professional and their service was highly attentive. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent food and drink (including cocktails which were freshly made and no sight of a pre-mix syrup). Interior of the pub was in good order with a very cosy vibe. fantastic patio area at the rear of the pub that overlooks the Downs. The rooms exceeded my expectations… very clean and modern. The staff make this place even better. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about their offering.

The room had a fun, quirky vibe, and it was clean and cozy. Besides being a building with loads of interesting history, it's located right at the beachfront with easy access to the rest of the city by foot or by bus. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch.

The room was very spacious with a large double bed in a kind of mezzanine area and also a bunk bed, which our kids absolutely loved. There was also a sitting area, comfortable bathroom and even a small patio to enjoy in case of nice weather.
