I do not remembet if I have ever used the word "exceptional" when talking about the accomodation during my frequent travels. But in this case I feel comfortabe to say - this accomodation really is ecxceptional ! Very nice quiet building the middle of the ranch, large living room with comfortable fold-out couch, fully equipped kitchen, two toilettes and big bathroom, , nice people /owners' family around ... simply 1*. The only thing is that one has to have a car to make some sightseeing around as there is nothing to really do here.. There is also nice walk around the water channel cca 0.5h to very cosy summer restaurant. We were happy to stay here.

Very friendly and welcoming B&B with lovely views across the countryside and pretty riverside walk to the local pub. Our room had everything and more and we were delighted to have a v large four poster bed! Excellent breakfast too with fresh eggs from the Tina's free range hens.
