An absolute gem of a place close to shops but far enough away for peace and Quiet. Excellent property for family's especially with two lounges and a games room, our 3 family's and not on top of each other. Lovely garden with BBQ and a large table and chairs. Excellent location for visiting all that North Wales has to offer. Zip world well worth a visit. We even got to shout.." I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here " at Castle Gwrych...

Our experience at Delfryn was spectacular. Starting with a beautiful, clean house, amazing views of outside of the property. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The hot tub was great and everyone enjoyed it 😊. Beds were very comfortable and bed sheets were smelling fresh. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need.

Found this real gem by chance but what a find. Couldn’t find any fault in this hotel. Our room was beautiful. We ate both breakfast and evening meal on both days of our stay and the food was fantastic. For us what made this stay even more amazing were the staff. Will; the f&b manager was amazing and so attentive. He really couldn’t do enough for us. The young girl working in the restaurant was fantastic too.

    Love Denbigh we visit friends a few times a year but first time we stayed at the cottage. The location was great as you could access Prestatyn, Rhyl within half an hours drive and St Aspath is a lovely town nearby. Great butchers on the high st with Lidl and Aldi straight across the road within walking distance. Great Chinese Restaurant near the town hall.

    Denbigh is somewhat down at heel.

    Denbigh is somewhat down at heel. It might be considered a "rough", town and not a place stayfor a holiday. If you have a car it is well placed to visit a number of interesting places that are worth a visit. Were it not for visiting family it is not a place I would visit Other than the Castle, there is little in the town of real interest. It's not a large town and can easily be explored on foot

    Denbigh was a lovely characteristic quirky welsh little town which is a great location to visit snowdonia and the North Wales coast. The nice thing about Denbigh is that it hasn’t been taken over by the big brands it’s all independent retailers apart from the supermarkets.

    I was warmly welcomed at the very centrally located Guildhall Tavern Hotel by the duty manager, Evan. Parking is tight in the rear yard but Evan helped in rearranging the parked cars so I could fit mine in. My room was clean and comfortable and the food, both my evening meal (chicken curry) in the bar area, and breakfast, was good.

    gorgeous find, in my home town. stayed one night with a friend and it’s an absolute gem. a real home from home. spotless and really well decorated. Absolutely a bargain as you get a whole house for the price of a hotel room. Will definitely stay again. Great staff at the adjacent pub too, nothing too much trouble.

    We liked the fact it was out of the way to have peace but close enough to Denbigh if there was anything you needed. The property also had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub and the amazing view was also a big plus.
