The accomodation was extremely cozy, Bernie went out of her way to help us get places, helped find out about transport and recommended restaurants. Communication always flawless, place was equipped with all the things you could possibly need, extremely beautiful atmosphere and always clean. The beds are so comfy, the livingroom is very fun and has great views, all restaurants and pubs in walking distance.

The location, the building itself, the dining and above all, the staff were exceptional. We stayed for a surprise visit for my mother’s 80th birthday and I can honestly say, we have never, in any hotel in the world, stayed anywhere where there have been more helpful, attentive and pro active staff across the board. Staff were in on the surprise and were contacting me in advance of our arrival to check on details and offer us various options to help make out stay even more special. We had an exceptional and memorable weekend.The pods were nice and cosy, the hot tub was a cherry on the cake. Thank you to Mark and Janice as they were flexible to accommodate our spa treatments despite their busy schedule. I would definitely come back, and next time, we will try out the deluxe pod.
