The location is excellent, and since it’s a new apartment, the hygiene conditions are very good. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very welcoming.

Our stay at this resort was simply perfect, an experience we will never forget. The property stands out for its magnificence, warmth, and impeccable cleanliness, making everything incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Our room, which we affectionately nicknamed “the palace,” was a true marvel: spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully furnished. The living room and bedroom were large, bright, and welcoming, while the spotless cleanliness made us feel at ease from the very first moment. The bathroom, also spacious and immaculately clean, added another level of comfort and quality to our stay. Another highlight is the resort’s location, nestled in a quiet and breathtakingly beautiful area. The serene atmosphere and stunning surroundings made every moment a true delight, offering a sense of peace and harmony that is hard to find elsewhere. In conclusion, this resort is a little slice of paradise, highly recommended for anyone seeking a vacation full of relaxation and beauty. We can’t wait to return!

I think it's the first time I'm giving a hotel a full 10/10. I loved everything about The Raeburn. And as my friends and family would inform you I'm a very fastidious traveler. Location is not central- it's better than that. Reaburn is a brisk 10-min walk from all the hustle and bustle. It's got an amazing selection of cafes, restaurants, bookstores, knickknacks shops and more. The moment I stepped into the room my heart skipped a beat- I usually go for modern, sparsely decorated places but our room was an epitome of cosy comfort. It was pristinely clean. We enjoyed a spacious bathroom with a shower. My only regret is skipping breakfast- I had a long list of nearby cafes to test. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's money well spent. 100% would stay again.

Super close to the airport and car rental centre. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice, clean and spacious rooms and very modern bathroom. The breakfast had everything one could ask for.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the city centre: you can walk for 20-25 minutes and explore step by step this amazing city Edinburgh, or take a bus for 10 minutes. The soundproofing of the rooms is perfect, the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Especially, my daughter liked to cook waffles herself and decorate them with various toppings. There are no complaints about the hotel staff, they are polite and friendly. So I recommend this hotel 100%!!
