The beach was a few yards from the property.
The beach was a few yards from the property. The atmosphere was very tranquil, people were polite and a great place if you love dogs. Would recommend as either a quick get away or a long stay. The Lobster Pot cafe serves a lovely breakfast and is a short walk along the beach from the property. Fino - the Italian restaurant is a must do - food is wonderful. Magna Tandoori - is a lovely Indian restaurant and food was wonderful. Overall Felphamis a lovely village with great people and the beach is really nice.Guest review byJamie - 10.0
Annexe in a Private Estate of 200 houses of various ages.
Annexe in a Private Estate of 200 houses of various ages. Therefore very quiet. Felpham itself with shops, pubs etc, rather spread out. However, the Annexe is about a 3 minute walk to the promenade with a sand and shingle beach. Easy to walk east or west on level ground. Good base for Chichester or Littlehampton. Both on bus route.
