Location of cottage is great. Everything needed for a fabulous stay. Lovely touch to have fresh milk and biscuits on arrival. Communication from the owners was very good. Looking forward to staying again.

Very friendly welcome from Claire when we arrived. She was most helpful during our stay, resolving any issues we had. The food at this hotel is excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The Swale room was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Lovely hotel.

We had a connecting room which was so much bigger than we are used to. Also the hotel is very high standard even for a Holiday inn. The gym is quite complete. Breakfast was lovely.
