This was a really lovely cottage with lots of attention to detail. It really felt like a home and the decor was lovely. The location, although a bit remote, was part of the charm as a quiet country getaway.

Gorgeous period building, renovated to a modern (but still kept original character) high standard. Rooms were cosy, with extremely comfortable beds and great extra touches such as the tea tray with high quality products which was topped up each day. The cooked breakfast was fantastic and staff were super lovely and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for a better location with a handy carpark adjacent. We will definitely return.

Lovely place to stay for a few days, extremely well maintained and positively run. I enjoyed everything (room, service, common areas....) but what I liked the most is the typycal british countryside atmosphere. By the way...excellent food is served and nice lounge bar is available for hotel guests and foreigners. A must in the cotswolds!

From the Hotel style, to the kindness of the staff, it was all amazing. We have been very lucky, since they upgraded us to a Superior room for free, saying that is something they are used to do whenever it’s possible (subject to availability). Nothing to say about the location: Bibury is gorgeous, and staying in the hotel you could have the possibility to enjoy the place without too many people too! We will come back, for sure. -November 2023-
