Very nice surroundings, basic room for 1 night. Value for money. We stay in the second build behind, plenty of parking. Only for us it was let down for breakfast, we stay over during bank holiday and it was business. We decided to have breakfast. They were juat not ready for the amount of people that were having breakfast, bless the 2 staff who had to run the floor, trying to clean table and refill the cups and breakfast.they ran out if food how to wait,Guest review byL CAMUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Being only a few miles from Ashford and a 40 minute drive to Rye, it is ideally located for exploring Kent & East Sussex. The accommodation was roomy, spotlessly clean with a large very comfy bed. Our room had a large bath and shower. Lovely Food is available throughout the day and evening. Plenty of car parking space. If you like golf, this place would be hard to beat. Ideal location for me very close to Headcorn airstrip. Snug accommodation exactly as described. Neat shower , good water pressure & hot water.
