Debra and Drew are two wonderful hosts! Everything was perfect and their willing to accomodate all our requests impressive. We occupied the entire "Barn" and we really felt like being home.Rooms (better to say flats) were nicely decorated and spacious. All was very clean and breakfast amazing! Parking for the car inside the property , fenced. Felt better for my car. Highly recommended

Tasteful interior of rooms, very comfortable beds, everything looks like new, very clean, best breakfast we got in Great Britain served by very friendly chef, helpful staff, childfriendly, very convenient with restaurant downstairs. We had dinner twice bc we loved the food, delicious pasta, pizza and burgers. Actually the best stay we had in the UK. I can really recommend this beautiful place.

Lovely room with a view over a park. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The Bistro/restaurant is excellent with a very good wine list (hence the name!). Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We have been for a wedding in Turnbridge wells. As we arrived already in the morning and the official check is at 3 pm, a very nice man, who was just there for a week at the reception Provided us a room to get ready for the wedding on time. Thanks for that.

EVERYTHING! The staff are a massive credit to the hotel, nothing was a problem. Brian is so friendly and helpful, extremely welcoming and just a delight! We had to solve the problem of accomodating another family member on arrival, and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel itself has a charming Georgian vibe, with cosy indoor corners and lovely outside tables nestled amongst The Pantiles. The food is 10/10, the Argentinian Malbec wine is now a staple, and whatever they do with the breakfast mushrooms is sensational!

    Property was on a slightly busy road but as soon as you arrived at property there was no noise and felt like a little Haven.secured automatic gate. Super warm welcome. And a beautiful king-size suite. Which was upstairs in a barn/cottage. Very well decorated with views of garden and woodland. Very cosy, large shower room, very clean. Comfy king bed. Lovely owners and breakfast. Stayed for bsb at brands. Great for access to seven oaks. Fantastic Indian food 800m away. A great rural retreat.
