What a gem! Beautiful modern hotel with a cozy design. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a good touch on a rainy cold day. The bed was very comfortable, just wanted it to be a little bigger, a king instead of a double. Other than that everything was perfect.

We booked a family room and were given two adjoining rooms, which our teenage son appreciated! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was marvellous and the staff were all very helpful

Their unwavering helpfulness and kind attitude added a warm touch to the overall experience, making my stay truly enjoyable. Special mention to Ebony for texting and informing me ahead of the restaurant closure on a snowy day. That helps a lot. Thank you, Ebony. We love the location of the hotel right inside the golf area too which had only 8 twin rooms.

Charlie was AMAZING! She was running the event we held for a huge managers meeting and was extremely attentive. Outstanding service, excellent food and such a lovely atmosphere. The team were clearly happy and welcoming, really nice to see this!
