Very friendly staff , relaxing bar and restaurant for evening meal. Excellent comfortable beds in spacious rooms with toiletries provided. Breakfast was beautiful with such choice. Horley is a small town just a few minutes away from Gatwick airport. I used the train and it was just 3 minutes from South Gatwick train station. There a quite a few restaurants and takeaways, there is a large Waitrose, and a smaller Morrison’s local grocery shop. I had some lovely fish and chips in Golden Fish & Chips, a large eat in restaurant and a take away. So enjoyed revisiting Horley after many years!Guest review byAnitaUnited Kingdom - 10

This is a small town very close to the airport.
This is a small town very close to the airport. I am tired of staying at the airport hotels, this was close enough for an overnight stay. We easily walked to the local pub Ye Olde Six Bells, which claims to be over 400 years old (or even older) for dinner. The beer and the food was wonderful and the atmosphere perfect. The next next day we wandered around the town before our long haul flight. There were various supermarkets and other shops to browse. We took a stroll down to the river but there wasn't a nice towpath to follow the river. We had breakfast in a little cafe in the center of town.Guest review byCerisUnited States - 8.0

I didn’t leave the Airport, but having stayed in Horley previously it is very convenient for the airport. A few choices of places to eat and stay if you’re not staying in the airport. Plus some offer parking facilities for your car if you’re away for a holiday. You can’t go far wrong if you go to eat at the Ye Olde Six Bells Pub if staying in HorleyGuest review byLouiseJersey

If you see Wetherspoons above and in front of you take the lifts in the right hand corner to level zero to get to the hotel. Check in was quick. My cabin was down a step, other cabins were up a step. The cabin is very small but I managed OK with the bed.
