Fantastic location, 6 minute walk from train station. Just one road behind Mermaid Street but Rye is very small accessible and small anyway. The mattresses were very soft and we slept very well. kettle provided in the room with plenty of tea and coffee breakfast portion is huge - you just have to tell them what you want the night before.

A beautiful place to stay in the countryside. There were lovely views and it's a wonderful place to relax. With also a historical atmosphere with Hastings,Rye and other historical places nearby. As well as the seaside, including Camber sands.
