Nice place with good environment, good for long vacation, I like to visit again for longer time say like 1 week. Woodcocks, Lincoln by Marston's Inns is the best place to be.

Stunning property, quiet location and its dog friendly! I will definitely be back with my fur baby to stay again. I had no problems while here but the hosts have left an emergency number if you do have problems. Can not fault the price either and it was nice to have a comfy place to stay before sleeping in a field for 5 days! Thank you so much.

This is a gorgeous cosy cottage in charming town that has been beautifully renovated and has everything you need whilst being in a central location close to all amenities. There was an added bonus of a breakfast included with a range of cereals, crumpets, bread, jams, bread, juice and milk, coffee pods, etc. This was perfect as we had a delayed flight and a late night check in so we weren’t keen on going out for breakfast first thing in the morning. A shout out to our wonderful host Ioana who we had the pleasure of meeting. She explained everything about the area and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We loved this place and area so much and had such a lovely experience that we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ioana!

Able to come and go as needed and separate entrance to the pub. Although some mouse can be heard from pub this is not loud or a problem. Lovely views from bedroom of fields. Have option of facilities for meals and a lovely cooked. Breakfast .

    the cottage had all the equipment needed for a comfortable...

    the cottage had all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay and EXTRAS, which was a very kind thought of Jayne the owner. The village is a very friendly village, best place to eat at weekends is The Inn on the Green, The Dambusters inn is only a short drive and is worth going to, lovely food dog friendly pub. Plenty to see and do in the area especially if you like walking. Would recommend the cottage.
