Karolina from the front desk very very professional nice and smiling. At Check In you could feel that she welcomed us with joy. A great feeling of care for the guest. As for me the General Manager should give Karolina very good chocolates because her service is wonderful. Thank you once again. Raja also contacted us after a while when we arrived in the room if everything was ok we had a request and two glasses of wine and we received it immediately. Hotel clean very nice staff. Well Done 😘

Great location for our family visit. Staff and facilities including restaurant which we used for breakfast and dinner were great. We had a large booking for an 80th birthday meal and it was very well organised and service was great.
