We enjoyed our stay at this hotel The lady at the reception was very nice and helful. She even gave us a travel adaptor to charge our phones. She was always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were not very big, but clean and confortable. The bed and pillows were very good. Also they had black out curtains, which for me were important. The location is a bit far from the centre, but easily accessibile by bus in 20 min. Within 1-2 min from the hotel you have 2 big supermarkets and also the bus station. For the price paid we were happy. It is not a luxury hotel/room but clean and nice.

The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

The room was modern and spacious with any amenity you could possibly need in a hotel. Also the bathroom was stacked with plenty of towels. The restaurant for dinner was a big step up from the breakfast. Quick, friendly service and amazing food. Also being literally across the road from the airport is a big win.

Booked this hotel for a one night stay because of an early flight the next morning. Its location is perfect for this purpose, as it is a 5-minute drive, or a bit more by bus (which is also an option). The room was comfy and clean, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, terrific value for money.

    Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC.

    Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC. Great location right next to the Grand Union Canal. Staff where all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The food was excellent, and a great atmosphere in the bar / restaurant areas. The room was a little tied but comfortable and had all that you need for a short stay.

    Location and staff were great, breakfasts firsts day not great,dinner was poor for the the price the quality of the food and the cooking were not what we would expect,to be fair the head waiter acknowledged this any discounted the food. Breakfast second day was much improved and cooked to a better standard. Room was comfortable and clean, all we need.

    - Friendly staff members - Room was clean - Location: the hotel is located near the Grand Union Canal so you can go for nice walks. It's a ca. 30 mins drive to the Kenilworth Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon and Birminhgam, so it's convenient if you have a car and want to visit different places. - Free parking

    Wonderful stay, everything was lovely, from the room to the restaurant and staff. The room is small, but perfect with everything we needed. Food was very nice and the breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
