Ideally situated for our needs. Didn’t really spend much time in Little Waldingfield itself as we were visiting family in Lavenham and Soham. From what we saw of the area however was lovely nice to see green fields, a quaint little village. I only stayed two nights for a family funeral in the locality. The area is lovely with lots of interesting places to visit. Historic Bury St Edmunds under 30 minutes drive away, well worth a visit. Homely, no pretenses, old world almost "biggie best" retro style accommodation, which we welcomed. Lots of warm water, towels and linen crisp and clean. We did miss having a shower as sadly, most older folk battle with baths. Our host was welcoming and warm, accommodating, made us lovely breakfasts and most informative.
