Nice and quiet location off the beaten track with some interesting history! The staff were great too - helped me with an odd request related to food without there being an issue which was much appreciated. Comfy beds and tasty food :)

Our stay at The Red Lion, East Haddon was absolutely perfect! We loved our room and the facilities, and our meals (dinner and breakfast) in the pub itself were exceptional! Dinner and drinks were best we’ve had on our holiday in the UK, and we have had some good meals!

This establishment was more than we expected. Friendly staff, greeted with a warm smile and welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a variety and delicious meals. Gail is a super host, nothing is too much trouble and the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. A short walk from the B&B are lovely walks alongside the canal for your dog. Good parking, a separate sitting area if required, comfy bed, WiFi etc

The whole building was special as it was an old stable now converted into 8 room hotel with nice bathrooms and a shared kitchenette if you wanted to do some simple meals. Breakfast was simple with healthy choices of cereal. You could also order a nice hot breakfast which Patricia makes with your dietary references . Overall a very pleasant stay indeed. Anita

    Carrie was a most gracious hostess.

    Carrie was a most gracious hostess. She took our bags up the stairs to the third floor. She prepared a lovely breakfast for us on beautiful English bone china. She shared some of the history of her family's 33,000 acres. Highly recomnend.
