It's a home from home have stayed a few times and love going back for peace and quiet. Our room was excellent everything we required also spotlessly clean. Jim is an exceptional host and couldn't be more helpful. Ample parking, and full use of the kitchen and living room.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The 2 restaurants were really good. Close to public transport. Room nice size and ensuite was good size. Lift. Staff went beyond normal for us by taking photos of our wedding day.

The quality of the food in the restaurant was very good. The restaurant manager went out of her way to make up for a mistake the waiter made during a very busy Saturday evening dinner rush. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but she was really friendly and approached us proactively when she became aware that there was a problem. I was very happy about the professional and courteous way she handled the issue. All of the staff at this hotel were very friendly, including the security staff outside the main entrance. Very professional and willing to assist. I can highly recommend this hotel. The pool is also a great plus for this hotel and the hotel premises are very clean.
