We stayed at The Stable Cottages. It was very clean and every nook and cranny was cleaned. The room was very spacious and much nicer than it looked in the photos. And the staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was convenient because you could basically eat dinner at any time. Breakfast was average. The grounds are very large and it was fun to walk around. We will definitely choose this hotel when staying in the area.

Location was excellent, with parking available. Pool and spa were very well set up and enjoyable. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast provided enjoyable options. Would certainly use this hotel again if in the UK. Online booking system was one of the best services of all the hotels we used in the UK.

Philip and Gavin were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for their guests. The breakfast is amazing and prepared with love. The location is good just a 10 minute walk to Blairgowrie. Many extras in the room such as tea, coffee, milk and snacks.

Absolutely everything. There was everything and more with Oor house. The bed and the bedding was by far the nicest I've ever slept in. There was fresh milk, biscuits and more. Everything flowed and was so well thought out. I am extremely particular and this exceeded my expectations by far. The host went above and beyond and.was so helpful and incredibly caring. As a single female traveller, I felt safe and looked after. Eve though it's not his responsibility, which was lovely. Thank you ☺️ I cannot wait to go back on my return to Blairgowrie next week. I only did a video. So I will take some photos on my return 😍

It was comfortable and fresh. The size of the cottage was perfect for us. It was very easy getting the keys and the owner of the property kept in touch with us right up till we arrived giving plenty information that was relevant. We would stay here again.

I recently had a three night stay here with my parents and my daughter and the dog what can I say it has to be the most comfortable clean cottage we have ever been to the most modern up to date cottage with beautiful views nice walks I will definitely be back .

Perfect location for access to so many places ie Perth , Dunkeld, Dundee, St Andrew’s, the coastal fishing villages. The whole cottage is perfect in its facilities inside and patio for dining out , barbaque and fire pit. All thoughtfully done with toiletries, cleaning equipment. The best self catering facilities we have ever stayed in .

We liked the atmosphere of the hotel and all the very friendly staff that were on hand to help in any way that they could .The staff did their roles like clockwork which was a joy to see.The walks to the river Tay were great even saw a huge silver salmon leap from the river to catch a fly .

Small hamlet with no shops.

Small hamlet with no shops. Lovely area for walking and fishing. Stayed and ate at the local hotel and the accommodation and food were lovely. Hotel was immaculate. Check out the famous beech tree hedge. Apparently the biggest on earth!! Looks spectacular when in full leaf.

The Meikelour Arms typifies the Scottish experience. From check in to departure the process was faultless. Our evening meal was superb; an extensive menu with a good wine list. Our room was very comfortable with impressive Arran toiletries.

The size of the room and cleanliness so very good Staff friendly and attentive food good Inly downside asked for a quiet room but were put in the annexe next to the road very noisy We are light sleeper and did request a quiet room
