The breakfast choices were very good, the team member with short blonde hair was great, she was ALWAYS welcoming, helpful, polite, she replenished breakfast items, cleared tables and was very efficient. The breakfast team staff were all efficient. Josh on the front desk was excellent. He was always polite, helpful, professional, great sense of humor and made me feel very welcome. Outstanding customer service. Everyone at the front desk was polite and efficient. The gentleman that handled my check out was polite, helpful, kind and I appreciated him asking how my stay went. Very impressed with the front desk team work. Also the gentleman that handled maintenance regarding my shower inquiry was excellent. Super nice and very helpful.

The location was fantastic in the heart of Old Glossop, which is really beautiful, and with access to beautiful countryside to walk or trail run. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a good nights sleep. The Bull, Queens Arms and Distant Hills Brewery plus Shepleys Cafe meant there were lots of very local eating options. I had a great short break.

All staff were amazing especially Becka and Rachel and the maintainance man,can't recall his name.Breakfast was super and hot,plenty of food and lovely young man to look after us.Staff recommendation for food was excellent and they got a taxi within a few minutes on several occasions when we needed to go out. We had a wonderful airy room with 2 windows so plenty of light.

    We really enjoyed our long walk into the town, we gkt a...

    We really enjoyed our long walk into the town, we gkt a lovely hot chocolate from one of the local cafes which was really nice. The people were friendly and the town was lovely, and the views are breathtaking. We also went to the millenium walkway which was really nice.

    Great place.

    Great place. Modern room with good facilities/ shower/decor etc. Friendly helpful staff and good choice of food with excellent breakfast. Big beer garden and amazing views. Would definitely recommend.
