We have had a fabulous weekend in a beautiful setting and what a view to wake up to! Steve and Fiona are fantastic hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The lodge has everything you need and more, Fiona has added the most perfect little touches. Thank you and we will definitely be visiting again 🙂

Met the new owner. Lovely guy. Very helpful. Even gave a few of us a free beer. Great location for a wedding nearby. Ongoing improvements to the property meant no breakfast available but this wasn’t a problem at all. Plus the communication about this from the owner was great. I wish him every success for the future.

The staff were wonderful. Extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean & the dining room and sitting areas were welcoming. We were in a downstairs room which faced the expressway Very little traffic noise though as double glazed windows. Would happily stay again, and recommend this to others as a good place to stay.
