The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, particularly Cathy who served on at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. She was helpful, and very kind to our large party. She is a great asset to the hotel. We loved the pool and spa facilities, also the lounge bar where there was wide selection of bar meals and snacks to suit most tastes.

Only a couple of minutes walk from the International Exhibition Centre and with ample parking, even on a very busy weekend, when I stayed. Bright, welcoming and spacious reception. Buffet breakfast, no full cooked, but bacon, beans and scrambled eggs as well as cereal and fruit. Continually replenished by the attentive staff. All the staff were courteous and professional.

lovely grounds. Room was large and so comfy, it was very comfortable and great value for money. the room service was amazing and great value, the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We really will be back to stay again.

I loved the right receptionists and how helpful they were. I also loved their understanding of my disability and their tolerance. They didn’t serve breakfast, but there was an excellent café nearby with a tiny supermarket where you could buy all sorts of food, which made up for it. The rim was also excellent in every way, especially because it was handicap accessible

    In a quiet picturesque location Worfe View Cottage is a delightful getaway for two. Anne and Tim gave us a warm welcome and were great hosts. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities we required were ably provided. We hope to go there again soon.
